AGRIESO® Cooling Pad System

The AGRIESO® Cooling Pad System is a complete evaporative cooling solution for poultry houses. It combines cooling pads, an aluminum alloy or PVC frame, a water distribution system, a PVC water gutter and a centrifugal pump in one package. When the pads are wet, the exhaust fans pull outside air through them. Evaporation lowers the air temperature before it enters the house, which keeps the birds comfortable and productive in hot weather.

The system is available with paper cooling pads or plastic cooling pads. It works with layer, broiler and breeder houses in tunnel, side-wall and combined ventilation layouts.

01 Paper Cooling Pads

Uniform wetting: the distributor panel spreads water evenly across the pad for better cooling performance.
Side color treatment: a coated air-inlet face strengthens the pad structure. Black, brown, green and yellow finishes are available.
Cross-fluted design: the 45° flute angles maximize the air–water contact surface while keeping airflow resistance low.

02 Plastic Cooling Pads

Easy to clean: welded, highly resistant polymer sheets can be washed without damaging the pad.
Long service life: polymer sheets joined by thermal welding give excellent stability and durability.
High UV resistance: UV-stabilizing additives protect the pad against sunlight for years.

03 Frame & Water Distribution System

Frame	High-quality, thickened aluminum alloy or PVC frame
Distributor Panel	Wets the pads evenly for higher performance
Distribution Pipes	Special pipes with deflectors for paper and plastic pads that spread water evenly over the full pad length
Water Gutter	PVC gutter that holds all the water the system needs, so no external water tank is necessary

04 Poultry House Installation Layouts

Cooling pads and exhaust fans can be arranged to suit the house design and climate:

End-wall tunnel: pads on one gable end, fans on the opposite end.
Side-wall inlet: pads on both side walls near one end, fans on the far gable end.
Combined: pads on the gable end and both side walls for maximum cooling capacity.
Center inlet: pads in the middle of both side walls, with fans on both gable ends. Suited to very long houses.
